1. What We Collect
When you sign up as a Founding Member or use Tixoo, we collect what you give us directly, including your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, state, and district, along with your selected interests. Once the Tixoo app is live, we may also collect booking and payment details required to provide our services.
2. Why We Collect It
We use your information to run your account, process bookings, determine which cities and categories to launch first, personalize your experience, and send you updates you have opted into. We do not use your personal information for purposes that are inconsistent with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or without the appropriate consent where required.
3. Who We Share It With
We may share relevant information with payment gateways to process transactions, event partners and venues where necessary to fulfil a booking, and service providers that help us operate the Tixoo platform, including hosting, SMS and email delivery, and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal data.
4. How Long We Keep It
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. Certain information may need to be retained for longer where required by applicable law.
5. Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent for optional communications, by writing to hello@tixoo.in. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Some information, such as transaction and payment records, may need to be retained regardless of a deletion request where retention is required under applicable Indian law.
6. Children's Privacy
Tixoo is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date displayed at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. Where appropriate, material changes will also be communicated directly to Founding Members.
