1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for Tixoo, including as a Founding Member, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Tixoo platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create and use a Tixoo account.

3. Founding Member Program

Founding Membership is free to join and reserves you a Founding Member number and priority access ahead of Tixoo's public launch. Benefits described on the Perks page may depend on specific event, payment, venue, or partner terms. Tixoo does not guarantee that a specific perk will apply to a particular booking or transaction.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and maintaining the security of your login credentials. You should notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization or if you believe your account security has been compromised.

5. Bookings & Payments

Once Tixoo is live, tickets, seat selections, and turf or venue slots will be sold subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant event organiser, venue, or service provider.

Payments are processed through third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Tixoo does not store your full card details. Additional transaction-specific terms, including applicable cancellation, refund, and payment conditions, may apply to individual bookings.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Tixoo platform. Prohibited activities include reselling tickets in violation of event or organiser terms, attempting to access another user's account, using the platform for fraudulent activities, or interfering with the normal operation, security, or availability of Tixoo.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tixoo name, logo, application, website, branding, content, designs, graphics, and other materials are owned by Drix Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. or are used under appropriate rights or licenses. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use these materials without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tixoo facilitates bookings between users and event organisers, venues, or other service providers. Tixoo is not responsible for the event or service itself, including cancellations, event quality, venue conditions, safety, or changes made by the organiser or venue, except where expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or close your Tixoo account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Founding Member program, provide misleading information, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of Tixoo will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Tixoo develops and new features or services are introduced. We will update the date displayed at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of Tixoo after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
